My name is Willow, and I am Jesse’s oldest sibling and only sister. I serve as Secretary and Treasurer of Jesse’s Justice Inc., where I help guide the organization’s financial integrity, transparency, and recordkeeping. This work is deeply personal. Jesse was not just my brother he was a constant presence in my life, someone who shaped who I am and continues to shape who I am becoming. Losing him changed everything, but it did not lessen his impact. If anything, it strengthened it.
Supporting Jesse’s Justice allows me to carry Jesse’s memory forward in a way that is active, purposeful, and unwavering. This organization is rooted in love, grief, and an unrelenting drive to make meaningful change in his honor. There is no separating this work from who I am — my motivation comes directly from Jesse, and there is no stopping the determination I carry to ensure his life mattered, his story is remembered, and his legacy leads to accountability and reform.
I am married to my husband, Wade, who also serves on the Board of Jesse’s Justice. We were high school sweethearts, and he grew up alongside me, Jeb, and Jesse. Wade is my best friend and my steady support, and this mission means just as much to him as it does to me. I would not be able to do this work without him.
Outside of Jesse’s Justice, I work full time and am a devoted mom to my daughter, with a son on the way. I value time with family and friends and find peace caring for our small backyard homestead, which includes a mini cow, two mini goats, and a flock of chickens. Whenever New England weather allows, I’m happiest outdoors grounded, present, and holding space for both joy and grief as they continue to coexist.
